Returns Policy

Secret Lighting LLC honors a 14 Day Return Policy, subject to the conditions below:

• A 25% restocking fee may apply to any return claim.

• Customers are responsible for paying return shipping to Secret Lighting LLC.

• Products must be unused and in their original carton, free of customer misuse (shipping damage, VOC spray, rewiring, or submersion).

Limited Warranty

Secret Lighting LLC offers a 5-Year Limited Warranty on new light fixtures sold through their authorized distribution, provided the following:

• Warranty Claims are applicable to products considered defective in material or workmanship, only if a product is deemed unusable or renders the product with a total of 20% or more of the individual LED diode array failing to illuminate.

• Secret Lighting LLC honors a 1-Year Limited Warranty for any Secret Lighting Control Systems sold through their distribution, considered defective in material or workmanship.

Purchaser Responsibilities

Purchasers must:

• Maintain or show proof of Original purchaser/receipt - non-transferable.

• Ensure products are free of customer misuse (shipping damage, VOC spray, rewiring, or submersion).

• Pay for shipping cost to Secret Lighting LLC for warranty assessment.

• Provide items in original packaging or similarly secured for shipping.

• Register products with Secret Lighting LLC within 30 days of purchase date.

Return Shipment

Secret Lighting LLC will pay for return shipment provided the following conditions are met:

• Customer registers account and product with Secret Lighting LLC.

• Customer ships registered products to Secret Lighting LLC in original or similar packaging.

• Pending receipt of product and RMA Approval - Secret Lighting LLC will repair or replace with parts or may send customer parts and instructions to fix themselves (e.g., cord replacement, driver replacement, etc.).

Terms of Sale

By purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. No other terms shall apply except as agreed in writing signed by us. We reserve the right to correct typographic errors and reject orders.
